Stefan Völker accompanies the strategic development of the GBS AG and provides impetus for the expansion of sustainable energy systems in different project contexts. His focus is on combining economic viability, clear processes and resilient partnerships over the entire project period. He works on the further development of the service portfolio and on the structured scaling of new projects. In close coordination with the departments, he supports the implementation of central measures and ensures a consistent strategic direction of the company.

Robert Benecke has more than 20 years of sales experience in products that require explanation in the B2B and B2C environment. His focus is on setting up and managing sales organizations, recruiting and developing training and mentoring concepts. He has been working in the renewable energy sector since 2022, with a focus on photovoltaics, heat pumps and battery storage projects. At GBS AG he is responsible for sales development, structuring central sales processes and the scalable implementation of new market approaches.

Graduate engineer (FH) for communications technology with many years of sales and management experience. After positions as a sales manager, including at CPS GmbH and PROFI PARTNER AG, he was board member of PROFI PARTNER AG from 2002 to 2013. Since 2014, he has led several companies as managing director and brings his experience to the expansion of resilient sales structures. At GBS AG he is responsible for the sales area and supports the operational development of market development.

Christian Potthoff is a partner and managing director of the inter pares group of companies and has been active as an entrepreneur in the care industry since 1977. The business economist brings many years of management and industry experience to GBS AG's supervisory board work. For several years he accompanied the Nursing Round Table of the Federal Ministries of Social Affairs and Health as an expert in the de-bureaucratization working group. Since 1993 he has been on the board of the Federal Association of Private Old People's and Nursing Homes and Social Services. V. (Berlin regional group), temporarily as chairman.

Jan-Christian Koch supports the Supervisory Board in fundamental questions of corporate development and brings in perspectives for resilient, long-term viable decisions. It accompanies the strategic classification of key topics and promotes a balanced assessment of opportunities, risks and operational requirements. A particular focus is on the comprehensible structuring of decision-making processes and the long-term assurance of quality in committee work. In doing so, he makes a continuous contribution to the stability and further development of the organizational direction.

Since 2001, Carsten Schmidt has been admitted to the bar at the Bernau District Court near Berlin and at the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court. From 2001 to 2017 he was a partner in the law firm Dr. Schmidt Rechtsanwälte GbR, later fkfs Rechtsanwälte GbR. He has been involved in supervision, associations and volunteer work in the Barnim region for many years and brings this experience into committee work. He has been chairman of the Oderland Bar Association since 2023 and deputy chairman of the Brandenburg Bar Association since July 2024.

Silvano D'Agostino, Supervisory Board

Silvano D’Agostino is a native of Bremen and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a Master of Science from the London School of Economics in organizational psychology. For eight years he was a partner in a management consultancy with a focus on growth in medium-sized companies. Since 2025 he has been the founder and managing director of Kambria with a focus on consulting and implementation of artificial intelligence in medium-sized companies. In his supervisory board work, he brings together perspectives from strategy, organizational development and technology.
