Contact (email, contact form)
If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we will process your information to process the request and for follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication).
When you use the contact form, we process (depending on the input) in particular your name, email address, telephone number (optional), postal code/city, information about the area (e.g. parcel number, district, dimensions), request/subject and your message. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR or Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR.
If you optionally request a power of attorney/consent form for government inquiries, we will process this information to prepare and send the documents.
Data processing when you visit the website (server log files)
When you visit the website, technically necessary data is collected (e.g. IP-address, time, page accessed, browser used) processed in server log files. This processing is carried out for the purpose ensuring stable and secure website operation (Art.6 para.1 lit.f GDPR). The log data is deleted regularly and not merged with other data sources.
Hosting & Infrastructure (IONOS)
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Technically required connection and access data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested resource) are processed for delivery and security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable website operation).
Our contact form processes your input server-side via our own form backend and sends the content to us by email to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We have a data processing agreement with IONOS in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

We link to external services. If you click on such a link, you will leave our website. The respective provider (e.g. Google) may collect usage data such as IP-Address, time and destination-URL be processed. The legal basis for the link is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR (legitimate interest in making it easier to contact/get there).
Google Maps: In the footer we link to a Google Maps search to display the address.
Local storage (Local Storage / Session Storage)
We use technical storage mechanisms in the browser to save your language setting and dark mode and to keep interactive page elements stable. We do not use cookies for analysis or marketing purposes.
Data retention
We generally only store contact requests for as long as is necessary for processing them. In addition, statutory retention requirements may apply.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular at your usual place of residence or the place of the alleged violation.
